Free eDPI calculator

See what your sensitivity means.

eDPI combines mouse DPI and in-game sensitivity. cm/360 translates the setup into physical mouse travel, making different DPI values easier to compare.

Calculate your baseline

Choose your game, then enter the values currently active on your PC.

Common values include 400, 800 and 1600.
Use your base or hipfire value.

eDPI is useful inside one game

eDPI is mouse DPI multiplied by in-game sensitivity. Two VALORANT players using 400 DPI at 0.6 and 800 DPI at 0.3 both use 240 eDPI. Because sensitivity scales differ between games, raw eDPI should not be compared across unrelated titles.

cm/360 is the portable number

cm/360 measures how far the mouse travels for one full turn. It is easier to compare across DPI values and supported games, but it still describes a setting rather than measuring your performance.

There is no universal “correct” eDPI.

A sensible range can prevent extreme settings, but the winning value should be supported by repeatable aim data on your hardware.

When to recalibrate

  • After changing mouse weight, grip or available pad space.
  • When moving to a game with different target and movement demands.
  • When you keep reopening sensitivity settings after poor matches.
  • When your previous result had low confidence.

Your number is only the starting point.

Run a controlled six-minute calibration to compare your current, lower and higher sensitivity using actual aim performance.
